Alex was a very recent PhD from the Lipshutz group. He defended his thesis just this past May. Very sadly, he passed away on Monday, June 27th, 2022. Alex will be enthusiastically remembered as a great scientist for his many contributions, as well as a loving friend. We send our warmest condolences to his family and friends.
